"We enjoyed staying overnight at this property. Got picked up in Rome by private transport, enjoyed a very delicious dinner prepared by our host Marco and his wife Pia, received a very nice welcome gift and after a delicious breakfast departed for our cruise ship in Civitavecchia.
I would definitely stay here again if I am cruising out of the port of Civitavecchia. "

"The rooms are rustic. Non coated floors give a dusty feeling, our feet and socks were very dirty walking on it. Batroom was great but had unfinished masonned pilar, making it feel unclean. The restaurant on premises did not serve any budget triendly food (it was on the menu but all those options were out) Raw unfinished looking windowsills with no net curtains but with a beautiful view"

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "
