Pool and jacuzzi were maintained daily and it was the perfect way to finish off the day with a couple of beers. Alcohol and snacks are sold half a block away. Breakfast was decent, staff friendly and there is enough parking. Make sure to close the windows at night unless you want to be awaken by roosters at 5am.
The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. It is very remote so hiking and horseback riding are the options - what I was seeking. Took in the night sky given the darkness that surrounds. The road from the nearest town to the hotel is in horrible condition but being replaced, at least in part. Highly recommend if you seek a remote, stunningly beautiful experience.

The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey.
