"Good location in Alanya, serene and quiet. Good Access to the bazar shops. Hotels needs a bit of mordernisation. Shocked at having no wifi in the rooms, hence guests have to hang around lobby area for free wifi. In this day and age, wifi should be standard in a resort of such. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all.
