circuit. Room was extremely clean and spacious with every possible small touch noted. In central Shenzhen but in a calm quieter area with quick and cheap transport options into central Futian. I think, one of my favourite ever hotel stays and I look forward to some day returning. "

"Mandarin Oriental is well located between BiJia Mountain and Lianhua Mountain, with walkways directly into both recreational parks. The air quality is superb and the restaurants within the Upper Hills shopping center are also highly recommended by the locals. The Hotel lobby is located on the 78th floor and the reception and guest service staff are outstanding! I have also become a fan of MO as a result of this stay, as the quality of service and the standards they hold are definitely first...

"Very old, decayed, everything is outdated. Staff hardly speak English so my friend got charged 48rmb for a coffee when he showed he only had a 20rmb banknote. Maria duty manager cancelled the bill. Thank you for that. But this is the worst Shangri La ever seen. Seems frozen in 1985. Even room key must be inserted, in the elevator, in the room door. I could write for hours how disappointing was this experience but it is useless. There are plenty of new and fully modern hotel around. The location...
