Why not give yourself a treat with a trip to Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, just one of the family attractions in central Blue Ridge. The local area is also good for activities like fishing and hiking. If you have fun at Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, you'll love Cohutta Cove Mini Golf, located nearby.
Ride the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway through vibrant forests and alongside rushing mountain streams. Explore charming downtown shops and galleries before hiking to cascading waterfalls in nearby Chattahoochee National Forest.
SO much to do and they have a GREAT thrift store that is upscale that we love to shop at. Fun downtown. Close to Merciers Apple Orchard too. One of our favorite cities that isn't too far for us.

The town survives on tourism, so be prepared to pay premium prices for everything. That being said, it is a lovely place to spend a day.

We enjoyed visiting Blue Ridge. We took one of the self guided driving tours. It was a little confusing to follow but in the end we were able to see some beautiful places.

Blue Ridge was a quaint, small town that had enough for us to do while there, even for just one day.

Blue Ridge area is great - nice downtown and great hikes that are close by.
"We were expecting a typical hotel room, but it was more like a small apartment. Kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. Nice complimentary breakfast and very accommodating staff."
