This was my first visit to Schenectady. The walkability of the State & Clinton area was great, with lots of restaurant options. I look forward to visiting again and seeing more of Schenectady and its revitalization.

I liked the placards highlighting places of historical significance, and all of the tidy landscaping about town. Its a very picturesque, quaint place.

I was there with friends for a bowling tournament, and found that many pubs and kitchens close rather early even on the weekends. But all and all, we had a fun time.

Nice small city: history, architecture, food. Everyone we met was very nice.

I love going to watch shows at Proctor's Theater. I thought this stay would add a little more to the experience. It made the experience awful.
"Great staff. Quiet rooms, clean and full service hotel. Only thing I did not like, and this has happened in the past, is the lounge, populated by mature adults is rowdy and loud. It’s a fraternity party atmosphere. Not a place for quiet conversation ir a quiet drink. "
"Robin - our breakfast wizard was FABULOUS! The hotel was lovely inside but the landscaping needs to be cleaned up. Shuttle service was a plus.
Front desk staff were super nice and friendly. Lobby bar was convenient with good choices. GREAT location to track, downtown and parks."
"There was a restaurant on the property which was convenient. Not much else within walking distance, but for what I needed - place to stay and place to get food - it was sufficient. "
