I grew up playing in the ocean and roller skating along the shore of Santa Monica. It was a wonderful trip down memory lane and a beautiful day to share with my husband. While it's changed a lot in many ways, Santa Monica maintained its character.

The culinary scene in Santa Monica is phenomenal. Experienced some of the best food I've ever experienced at Muse, Citrin and Fig but be prepared to break open the piggy bank! Also ventured to Playa Provisions in Playa del Mar which was stellar!

Santa Monica has always been a favorite sunny short trip beach vacation. We've been saddened at the homeless situation in recent history and a number of shops are vacant. But it seems to be trying to head back in a better direction.

Santa Mónica is one of my favorite places in Los Angeles due to its history, casual vibes, and beautiful beach. While 3rd Street sadly seems to be losing its luster, there is still a lot to enjoy in this city.

Santa Monica is beautiful and very walkable. Fantastic beach and the walking and running areas by the beach are wonderful. The sunsets are amazing. Lots of homeless in the city everywhere. They don't bother you, but sad.

Santa Monica is a very upscale community with a really good vibe. A nice thing is it still very close and easy to get into downtown LA.
"Best hotel in downtown arguably. We were there for Wednesday night and it seems on that day they have local artist come and perform 3-4 songs for us for anout 3 hours starting at 8pm. The rooftop pool lounge is spectacular. They play the best music. We got the corner studio on the 10th floor and it was breath taking. Felt like a studio apt. Yes there is homelessness. There is homeless ppl in EVERY downtown. Do not make that stop you unless u are one of those scared of life travelers then yes let it stop u lol. Youll see them anywhere u go though. "
"We loved staying at the Biltmore so much two weeks ago that I booked another trip. The boys love the indoor pool, and I love the spacious room. It's fun staying at a hotel that has such a rich history. "
