"The room was requested to be cleaned at check-in and ne it was not cleaned. When we returned at 6 pm on Friday we entered the room to see it was never cleaned there was a cleaning lady still in the hall cleaning another room and we requested at least clean towels and that she remove the dirty towel which she did. "
