Dead insects and grass bits on all floors, bad sme
Dead insects all over on the floors, even in reception. Floors all over looked like they where vacumed many moths ago. Dead insects in their hundreds all the way from reception to the room floor. Cobwebs in the roof and insects and grass littered over the room floor. Worst «hotel» we ever have stayed at. Dirty showers, thick layers. Strong smell , proberably from plumbing and moist. No visible fire security at all in a very old and dry building. We first drove past as the place looked abandoned and clearly falling apart with broken signs and overgrown outside. This property is in no state to support guests what so ever. The man who met us was polite and ok. When we arrived at our next destination we had to wash clothes to get the smell out. Pictures on the site are obviously taken years back when in different condition. If hotels.com ever inspects hotels, they should take a look here. Then it will imediatly be removed as an option. We will complain.

Neglect and disrepair
We arrived at the property and it look as if it was abandoned. The doors were locked and no one came to the door when i rang. There were old carpets lying out on the side balcony and what looked like electrical chords running thru a window into the house. When we were leaving i stopped at the end of the drive and searched for some place else to stay after about 5 minutes an older gentleman approached the car and asked if he could help us. I told him we had reservations for today and he had no idea about us coming. This property should not be listed as it is truly not in any condition to rent out rooms. What was once a magnificent home and property has like so many others in the eastern parts of germany fallen into disrepair and neglect. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there.

Es war das Schlimmste was einer Familie passieren konnte wir haben nicht mal da geschlafen, so schlimm war es .!Wir sind enttäuscht bitte prüfen Sie das Hotel wir möchten nicht das es andere Leute oder einer Familie so was passiert so schnell fahren wir nicht mehr in Urlaub. Wir müssten uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen was war nicht so einfach .Dreck und der Gestank waren schlimm .

Właściciel żądał dopłaty i odmówił przyjęcia nas, stan obiektu/ straszny! Brudno, wieczny remont, zimno! Nie polecam. Musieliśmy szukać nowego noclegu. Właściciel zadał 4- krotnosci już zapłaconej kwoty! Porażka
