Good place to stay
We stay here often when visiting family, so it's a familiar spot. I was recently disappointed though when they switched from total free wi-fi to requiring membership in their frequent stay program to get complementary wi-fi. It's true that there is no financial cost to join their frequent stay program, but you must provide personal data. In this age where personal data has value, I do not consider this "free wifi".

Great hotel just needs better care
Hotel seemed very clean and up to date. Great looking hotel, great service, nice gym. Negatives I had with the hotel was that the shower head leaked, mold growth around the tub, and the beds aren't the most comfortable but that is more of a personal preference.

I didn’t like being woken up by a loud party at one in the morning and people running up and down the hallway. I’ll sit in like the fact that the manager never got back to me when I brought this to the hotels attention and it’s still not gotten back to me over a week and a half later despite numerous calls.
