The manager was rude didn’t wanna bring us any towels after I said I’ll pay the late fee told my mom he don’t like us African males but the women are ok because they listen worse words to tell a mother

This place was awesome. Right in Hollywood walking distance to many things. The room was spacious and had amazing views. We were in room 1103. There is really no staff which is a little odd but they are helpful on the phone. The rate even after the cleaning fee and parking was still very reasonable.

Check - in was a hassle to do over the phone, the representative was very rude and short. Not sure if its due to them being overseas. The AC brokedown and i had to sleep in 85 F temperatures, I called customer service and all they told me was that someone would fix it the next day. Parking was a hassle as well, I paid $90 for a "reserved" parking spot only to find it occupied every single night I stayed here. I had to park outside the garage a few nights.

The hotel/apartment was beautiful. It was just as described. The area was safe and the staff was friendly and understandable. The location was good. It was easy to check in our room. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
