Well priced hospitality and comfort!
Needed a night before i left on a solo cruise. I got the email with gate code but no room code. The email did have code to the lock box with actual key attached to a retractable wire. A few hours later i went to meet an uber driver and when i came back i couldnt enter code into key box so i called and this wonderful woman (worker) came and rescued me within minutes. I.showed her my email with no room code and she promptly came back with the number. I had a very restful sleep, no noise complaints like others mentioned. The TV buffered once in awhile, but that was just on for background noise anyway! I wasnt leaving until1230pm and asked for late checkout and they replied within minutes obliging my request. I DID order a late NOLA breakfast to my room after 10am and my previous code stopped working which alleviated any concerns i had about any previous guests somehow bipassing the entry gate and coming in to join me. The wonderful same woman came and helped me out again within minutes so i could enjoy my Cajun hashbrowns while they were steaming hot. Bottled water and coffee maker with mini fridge in room. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!!

Watch your step
This motel was ok. It was a small room. Check your email because you check in with it and do not see anyone at all. The really bad part is that the metal steps have been painted with a thick coat of slippery paint. It rained while we were there and my wife and I both fell and hurt ourselves badly. They need to fix this.

Bus stop out the front was very handy, beds were comfortable, these were the pros. The cons include a bathroom door that has to be rehung constantly, one chair, tiny room for (supposedly) four people.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We came for Taylor Swift concert and the hotel made friendship bracelets and had them in our room. My daughter didn’t have time to get braclets before coming to New Orleans so she was so happy to have them to wear to the concert. Thank you for making this trip more special! Beds were very comfortable and self check in was easy. I forgot my airpod pros in the room and they even mailed them to me in Denver. Highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. When we walked in there were friendship bracelets and a welcome card from the staff! Very personable. The room was a little small for the 4 of us, but for the price for the weekend it wasn't too bad.

Beware: no office or onsite help
Well not able to tell you about the stay as when I arrived there is no office. There is only a gated parking area for guest that required a PIN code to open the gate. Never got an email with any information about what I needed to do when I arrived. When trying to call the front desk for help, the phone only rang until it went dead. Tried calling multiple times. Would have been nice to have been given more information before my trip so I could have known there was no front desk or help on property and what I would have needed to do to access the property and my room that I paid for. Had to go find another hotel for my stay and pay even more money.

Eyes On Iris
I came for the TNF Saints game. I arrived Wednesday & left early Friday morning. The property is small, but gated and well maintained. They provide you with the number codes to the gate and your room a couple days before your stay. Check in is at 4 p.m., but they allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Nice comfy beds, they don't have microwaves, only mini fridges. The Superdome is a 2 mile walk, but it beats paying for parking and caught up in the traffic. I only come to New Orleans for Saints games, so this will be one of my go-tos if I wanna stay closer to the Superdome for an affordable price.
