My wife asked if she could check in early and was quickly advised that she couldn’t. She checked at the required time and immediately the toilet clogged and the staff accused her flushing something down the toilet. It wasn’t a pleasant stay for her. A beautiful boutique hotel
Vinnhaus was an unexpected addition to our itinerary. We decided to cut short our visit in Torres del Paine and we needed a place to stay in Puerto Natales. Thankfully Vinnhaus was available and what a lovely surprise that was. The host could not have been more gracious, and allowed us to check in early. Like the entire hotel, the room was full of charm and beautifully decorated. We had more than enough space, and thanks to our host, we ate most delicious dinner at a restaurant he recommended. The breakfast served the following morning at the hotel was also amazing. We loved our stay at the Vinnhaus.
