Very bad experience, it is infested with bedbugs, my husband was bitten by bedbugs at 2 in the morning at that time we had to leave the hotel. And a very bad attitude from the reception, they did not want to give me a copy of what I signed. I was in room #25, stay away from here. We booked a room online and the manager could see that the reservation was there but had an administrative issue and refused to give us a room until it was sorted out with Travelocity. We had arrived with two young kids around 9pm and were not able to get them into the room while I stayed to sort it out, terrible customer service. We ended up leaving and requested a refund.

We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was surprisingly wonderful. For a lower cost level, this room was large, exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We would stay here again if passing through the area.

Last second stay
Decided last minute to stay in Wauseon. Booked the room and took what was available. The lady at the hotel was lovely and friendly. The room was large and the beds and pillows were comfortable. No complaints.

They couldn't find my reservations which I made through Expedia!!! I was not a happy camper when I found this out😡 It was not Rodeways fault but Expedias which is why I gave Rodeway high marks even though I have not been there.

They only gave us 1 towel and rag knowing there were going to be 4 people staying in one room, no extra toilet paper and the air conditioner was so filthy that we had to take the cover off it amf clean all the dirt and dust off it so it would actually work and get cold. They could of gave me a partial refund!

The beds were very uncomfortable and although clean, the sinks had been painted in order to “update” them. It was chipped and scarred. Replacement sink tops would’ve made so much difference.
