交通方便。
由地鐵紫線的Herminengasse出口，才容易到達住宿點。若非此出口，要繞一大圈，走過河上的橋，才能到。附近有Billa超市，買東西方便。房間乾淨。若連續住兩晚，第二天的上午，會主動清潔。

Bra Valuta för pengarna
Fint pensionat, relativt nära centrum. Svårt att hitta utan google maps. Ringde på den ena dörren men ingen öppnade. Vi behövde gå ner för gatan till en annan en byggnad där en mycket vänlig dam öppnade. Rummet är stort, rent och hade en modern tv. Det låg i en lugnare del av staden och var därför lätt att sova på natten. Det städades varje dag och personalen var trevlig. Nästa överdrivet vänlig då samma dam knackade på vårt rum ca 23.30 med information om hur vi kunde ta oss till flygplatsen. Mycket vänligt, men inget vi efterfrågat. Allt som allt mycket bra boende. Valuta för pengarna.

Economical, clean, simple
Economical, clean, simple apt in old building in a quiet neighborhood. Staff pleasant & helpful. Very good location: Shottnring metro exit 3 min walk from office at Hermininggasse. Use U4 to center. Food store, outdoor market, restaurants close @ Krumbaumgasse. Bring paper towels as no kitchen towels provided.

The place is simple but has everything you need for charging up the batteries and going out again to explore the city. Not distant from the city centre. The matress is not very comfortable and they have a different custom for bed sheets. However the people at the reception are very kind and accomodating

I stayed here for four nights while visiting Vienna. It is close to the U-bahn, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to the Karmelitermarkt and taken care of by two lovely and kind ladies who keep the place spotless. It is a bit older, but it has everything you need for a relaxed stay, and it is kept spotless by the caretakers. Highly recommended.

Cheap but dirty.
The room was cheap so I didn’t have any high expectations but it was really dirty which was not okay. They hadn’t vacuumed the place properly in a long time as there was a lot of dust all around the corners of the room and the bathroom fan was disgusting (see the picture). The bottom of the shower and a couple of other things was fixed with tape.

The location was very ideal for a sightseeing trip in Vienna, with a metro stop a 1 minute walk away and a tram stop a 10 minute walk away it was very easy to get to the centre of the city! The apartments are located in a family neighbourhood so it overall felt very safe and was nice and quiet at night as opposed to more busy areas. Our small apartment had a private bathroom, shared kitchen and fridge area and a fan and air conditioning unit making the stay that bit more comfortable than the budget hotels/hostels we normally stay in. My only complaint is the room wasn't as clean as it could have been, with some areas of the floor still being quite dusty and the external unit of the bathroom extractor fan having fallen off and onto the shower floor. Overall, this place was a great find, a great price and perfect for our needs whilst travelling around Europe!

Pay for the location, not the room
A great location in district 2 of Vienna with the metro close by and everything is within walking distance if you're up for it. The room was rather small for the price you pay, being basically just a bed and bathroom as you share a kitchenette with another room. My biggest gripe was the cleanliness as there was some black mold in the shower.

Très bien situé à Vienne, ce petit appartement pratique est agréable à vivre. Très prêt d'un marché et de petits restaurants, l'appartement est par ailleurs à côté du métro et du Danube.
