Belle emplacement, suffit pour quelques jours.
Hôtel vieillot mais fait l’affaire pour quelques jour sur Miami Beach. Les chambres ne sont pas faites systématiquement. Les serviettes ne sont pas changer régulièrement il faut courir derrière une agente. La chambre est vétuste sans vrai fenêtre. Pas de coffre fort Salle de bain limite acceptable dans une coque vieillissante qui gondole par endroit. Les WC étaient soutenu par des polystyrène au vue du prix des chambres certains petits réglages peuvent être tout de même repris assez rapidement. VMC au milieu pas très propre qui fait du bruit impossible à boucher et éteindre. Le personnel est gentil sauf une vieille dame pas très polie qui agit comme chien de garde. Parking petit mais nous avons eu la chance d’y avoir une place. Le parking est protéger par des plots qu’il faut enlever et remettre à chaque sortie. L’emplacement est idéal à miami beach tout es accessible à pied comme lincoln road ocean drive…

Localização muito boa.
Localização muito boa, próximo ao mar, lojas e restaurantes. Atendimento da equipe bom. Servem pela manhã um café e bolinhos. Recepção muito pó. Mts objetos acumulados de decoração. Limpeza do quarto ruim, roupa de cama e banho muito gastas, mobiliário velho, cama muito desconfortável.

Apto ok, bem localizado, tudo limpo, cama confortável. O ponto negativo é que eles não flexibilizam nada. Chegamos às 14h, e como o check in era às 15h, não permitiram entrada no quarto, mesmo ele estando liberado e cobraram 5 dolares, para deixar o carro no estacionamento por 1h antes do check in, pois a garagem só seria gratuita a partir do horário do check in.

Artsy comfy hotel close to beach
Artsy fun hotel with nice staff. A rare find with parking on site, first come first serve. If you’re there near check in time, your chances are better. A few minutes walk to the beach and lots of amenities nearby. Rooms are dated and a bit worn, but comfy and have fridge and microwave. The lobby and patio have an abundance of fun decor with places to sit, some tables, and coffee in the morning. Shout out to Bellin who was super helpful.

Muito ruim.. pedi para trocar de quarto por conta de lençóis sujos e uma casa de máquina dentro do quarto. O outro quarto as fronhas continuavam com aparência de suja. Porém mas parecia ser melhor. Foram duas noites. Não tinha o que fazer. A localização é incrível. O hotel precisa de reforma.

Bom custo benefício
O hotel é simples, mas super bem localizado. Próximo à praia, boas lojas e às principais avenidas. Chegamos bem antes do check-in e não fomos tão bem atendidos pela proprietária, eu creio. Passado esse momento de stress fomos bem atendidos pelo dono e funcionários. Ficarei novamente com certeza.

James Hotel a little gem
This was one block from the Beach and right near Lincoln Road. In a brillant location for seeing Miami Beach. With a real quirky appearance and very friendly reception staff. Room was basic, big, comfy, clean and with a good bathroom with plenty of hot water. There was a fridge and microwave but no cups or cutlery etc. we didnt use so didnt matter. Car parking was also available. This was a great value for money little place

Great Location. Bad Experience
The hotel is in a fantastic location but is in very poor condition and need a complete renewing. The style is very different, with the walls covered with figures and weird painting, and that´s fine! But the problem is that there are many features in very bad mainteinance condition and we feel a lack of interest of the administration to spend some money and solve this. The elevator keeps breaking and the door always stays open since the hinges are 100 years old. Same thing about the room bathroom, with wasted/worn out shower comands, tiles and sink. There is no interest in making the guest stay any more pleasurable. We asked for maintenance and instead of having our requests attended, we got indiference and a very unfrendly attitude from the administration.

Positives: - great location near the beach - well decorated - affordable price - friendly staff Negatives: - not so comfortable bed - very weak water in the shower - the fridge doesn't work well (the ice cream melted even if it was in the freezer) - you hear all kind of noises from the neighbours Overall: it's a good option if you are on budget and you are not looking for great comfort

Hôtel très accueillant pour les familles
L’hotel est bien situé et la présence du stationnement gratuit est un gros plus. L’hôtel est original et les chambres, grandes, éclairées et propres. Les lits grincent beaucoup, les matelas pourraient être changés. Au déjeuner, il y a du café gratuit, des fruits et des gâteries. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Il faudrait seulement améliorer les matelas.
