There was smalls things that should be fixed in the hotel room. 1. TV had white spots through out the screen, which it made it hard to watch tv clearly. 2. The cable wire going into the room from the wall had an open electrical box exposed thru the drywall. 3. Shower curtain was moldy and tub appeared to be dirty and dingy as well. 4. How I am grateful that you supplied shampoo and conditioner. The dispensers did not work. 5. Headboard was lose and everytime you moved in the bed it would bang the headboard into the wall. We hung a towel between the wall and the headboard and that seemed to help. 6. The mattress was so soft or broken down that it sagged in the middle and now I have had back issues ever since.

It's ok
I'm not a fan of the electronic check in and out but I'm sure a lot of people are. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We ran the water for 5 minutes and couldn't get any hot for showers which was annoying. It's a good location.

9/10 - Would Stay Again
Easy check-in process, quiet environment, comfortable beds and in the cold later evening/night the heater was a welcomed, awesome and easy to work amenity. The smart TV had all of the apps which was fantastic with no issues. I loved that tasty restaurants are within walking distance (very convenient) and downtown is only 3 miles up. I stayed one night. The only thing I had to take a star off for is the water in my room took a very long time to heat up, the water pressure was low in the shower, and didn't get hot. Other than that, I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Knowing all of this, I would still come back.

There were only a couple of channels on cable that worked. Also, instructions on how to work heater, remote, etc. would be helpful. Otherwise, place was clean and nice!

Some good and not so good
The good part: fresh and clean with comfortable beds and fairly roomy for a kitchenette. The not so good part: broken toilet seat, difficulty getting into unit with code, difficulty operating heating unit, property hangers which are too large for the closets. The property is keyless and for some reason does not include with instructions and the code to use what key to enter to then open the door- requiring phone contact with the property which didn't answer on the first ring. The heating unit worked fine but there are no instructions and one of the workers who happened to be walking by was able to show me how to use it. The issues are simple little fixes which I'm unsure why the property hasn't already attended to. Would I stay here again? Maybe. But I sure would look around to see what else might be available to me first.

Thought the Inn was nice and the room was clean. I wanted to see my apples in the room but I know we visited after the apple season. Maybe next time we will visit at the apple season :)

This is where I always stay when I visit family in Julian. I love both restaurants across the street and next door, the Keurig coffee makers in the room are great, and it's so much easier to stay here than dealing with the crowds in Julian.

Good from far, but far from good.
We felt from the photos that this would be a nice hotel. Maybe holiday inn express like it was over $200 a night and yet it was a motel. No ice, no microwave, towels were stained and thin. Bathroom was very, very dirty. The bed were fine and their linens were nice. The heater was loud. Parking was good. It was like a diy project. Wood, chipped doors and counters, paint peeling and wall stains. Not well maintained. Funny the bedding, TV and sink were so updated. No one is on site either so a bit of an issue if you need anything. We asked for ice at check in, but they did not provide it.

Love this place!
Great location; friendly staff; VERY clean; up to date fixtures; lovely bathroom with all necessary amenities including makeup remover and soft fluffy towels. Beds were VERY comfortable with fabulous sheets: The Utopia Collection. The room had a kitchenette with everything necessary to cook and assemble your own meals. 2 wine bottle openers - YEAH! Adorable old fashioned (but very new) Frigidare with freezer. Stove and oven were immaculate. Will gladly stay here again next year!
