This place still smells brand new! We had a great stay and were very impressed overall. The location is excellent—right next to Universal! The rooms are incredibly spacious and come with a full kitchen and a huge refrigerator, which we honestly weren’t expecting and was a really nice surprise. Breakfast was included and was a great option, with a very complete selection. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also traveled with our small dog, and they accommodated him with no issues at all, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

5/5 Stars – Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean and fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our trip. A major highlight was the breakfast—it was free and actually very high quality compared to standard hotel breakfasts. I also loved the thoughtful amenities, like the free water dispensers placed conveniently around the property. The location is unbeatable—super close to Universal Studios and just a few minutes from the airport. The only minor downside is having to pay a daily parking fee, but that’s pretty standard for most hotels in the area anyway. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be staying here again on future trips!

Thus hotel was so amazing! Especially after having a rough night on our travel day in with 2 adults and 5 kids...we had to find a new place to stay for the night. Our stay at this hotel was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time! The hotel amenities, staff, accommodations, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. I especially want to acknowledge and give a special shout-out to the Front Desk Manager, Malik Johnson. His customer service was truly top-notch! He greeted us every day with a warm smile, was always helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean the hotel was. Everything felt brand new, and the location was perfect for visiting the parks! The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone was wonderful, but Grace deserves a special shoutout! She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. The only downside to our stay was an internet outage that unfortunately lasted the entire duration of our visit. This also affected the TVs, which was especially inconvenient after long days at the parks when we just wanted to relax and unwind. While we completely understand that technical issues happen and can be outside the hotel’s control, having no internet or working TV throughout our stay was definitely frustrating. When we brought up the issue, we were told the hotel was working on a solution to make things right for the inconvenience, which we appreciated and hope to see followed through. That being said, we don’t want this one issue to overshadow what was otherwise an exceptional experience! This was genuinely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, and the cleanliness, beautiful accommodations, fantastic location, and outstanding hospitality really set it apart. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next visit! Hopefully, with working Wi-Fi and TVs next time!
