When I showed up the room was in the middle of being cleaned but no one was there. I called the help number and did not get a call back for hours. Ended up having to rent another hotel room for the first night.

I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location.
Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival.
Check in process was complex and frustrating.
Overall very frustrating experience. 0 star review
