Great hotel with amazing staff. Our room was clean & spacious. On site restaurant & bar were great with a wonderful variety of food and beverage options. Neat shops on the surrounding grounds for coffee, ice cream, hotel & local souvenirs which were very nice. Plenty of parking on site

The room was damp and Smelled of mold, our luggade smelled if mold after one night. Beside our room we absolutey loved this hotel. The view, the food, the terrace, the staff, the pool, it is wonderful!!! Visit, but dont stay over night.

This hotel is great for people looking for an all-in-one resort. The view of the mountains is wonderful. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The one item to consider is the price of the restaurant and bar. It is a bit expensive for what is offered. However, there are excellent off-site options to consider as alternatives.

It's always such a treat to stay here..... I literally decided to stay up in the mnts even having to drive down to Asheville for work the next morning... the place is wonderfully kept, great staff - and an amazing setting with excellent food.... Looking forward to my next visit !

This is an excellent place to just get away from the fast pased world. On top of the mountain with breath taking views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and the property was very well kept up.

Amazon views. Forget going to restaurants. Almost an hour after ordering food. We were one of two tables in the dinning room. For (steak, Mac& cheese) uneatable. cold. Obviously sitting. Waitress response surly nasty.
