We showed up and the hotel said they had overbooked and turned us away with no offer to explain how this happened. Other parents traveling to see their children race also turned away after confirming the reservation same day. Terrible customer service.

For the price they can do a lot better.

Staff, especially Stefanie (hope I remembered her name correctly) were very nice and helpful. Brand new hotel, only open a couple of weeks when I stayed. Simple, yet efficient rooms. That is the good part. Disappointing part is that my room, and then subsequently the 2nd room I changed to, both had ants. Ants walking on me in bed. Not pleasant and I barely slept. My puppy found a two inch screw in the bathroom apparently left by builders which means a thorough cleaning was not properly done. The electrical outlet by the iron in 2nd room did not work. I only found out after having plugged my phone in to charge for hours and it was not charged at all. I would stay again IF they correct what they need to. Spraying for ants will not work, they need to bait.

Unacceptable

My air conditioning was broken and management could not fix it. They were full and had no other rooms to offer. It was a terrible night's sleep. Then to add to it, I was awakened at six thirty on a Saturday morning for an hour of what sounded elephants stampeding over my head. While the vinyl floors are appreciated, they amplify sounds so as to be obtrusive. If a hotels heating or air conditioning is not working in your room, I fully believe a refund should be offered. You are paying for a good night's sleep.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Manager Tyson stole a night from us after we confirmed twice with his staff that we were able to modify our reservation as long as we did it before 11a,. OI course he didnt show up to work on time and then said we missed the deadline. When we showed phone records verifying we did attempt to make the change before 11am he changed his story and said it was the night before we had to contact someone. RIPOFF ALERT

Brand new , staff under training

We had a brand new room never slept in, small room with a kitchen but not equipped at all! Some designers missed on some stuff like the shower head that is standing at 7’ high , the staff where not trained but doing their best , breakfast included but only basic stuff and worst coffee ever , there is a huge car wash in front and we could hear it play loud music in our room, for 179$ us it’s simply too much for what we got ! But it is so clean that you can smell the new house sent ! So 7/10 is fair

Fantastic staff at a brand new hotel

The hotel itself was amazing! It just opened last week, so because it’s brand new there seems to be a little settling still going on, but it didn’t affect the quality of the stay. The staff were all so friendly (from the maintenance men putting the last touches on everything, to the busy little housekeeping ladies, to the multiple front desk staff I dealt with), and very eager to help. I DID, however, have a problem checking in; upon arrival at the hotel after successfully booking through the mobile app, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. It took us more than half an hour on the phone with a representative from hotels.com customer service to resolve the issue (this morning there was the same issue with another guest, so I assume it has to do with the hotel being so new?). But, I was handsomely rewarded with $75 in OneKeyCash, so all’s well that ends well, I guess. Problems aside, it was still a very enjoyable stay, a great value for the money, and I highly recommend it.
