I saw lot of roaches and bedbugs
旅客真實評論

4/10 一般般

There was food still in the refrigerator from prior guests. There were clothes hanging on the back of the bathroom door - assuming from prior guests. The sink appeared to almost pop off when using - it was super late and we just need to sleep or else I would have moved hotels.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never checked into a hotel and refused to stay before this trip. I first checked into Microtel and had to leave because it was incredibly dirty and had roaches. Expedia moved me here. I checked in, walked into the room, and knew right away I wouldn’t be staying. This place was absolutely filthy and had bed bugs. Better off sleeping in the car! After hours on the phone after driving all day, I finally got into the Sheraton Richmond Airport location and had a safe & clean place to sleep. If you need a place by the airport, i highly recommend them instead.

2/10 不太好

When we went to the room that was given to us and we walked in, we immediately noticed that the room was not clean as the beds were not made. I told the front desk and they gave me a second room, which the same thing happened then he gave us a third room, which was actually a wheelchair room as we requested however, that night we noticed cockroaches in the bathroom, the remote to the TV did not work, which I told him and he tried to fix, but it did not work. then the morning that we were leaving I saw two cockroaches in the bed that my son was sleeping on since we were checking out already, I did tell them at the time of checkout, which I was told “sorry” we were using this hotel as a rest stop driving from New York and we had already booked it for a rest stop on our way back home however, after this experience, I canceled the booking.

The room is outdated and the sheets and pillows looked very worn out. There was a roach crawling around on the wall. I was only there a few hours and checked out.
