Good for the price

Overall, its great for the price. Its an older building with updated rooms. Mostly clean. I clean condos for a living and saw some small things that are not always noticed by someone who doesn't clean for a living. I would definitely stay again. Super convenient to anything in Pigeon Forge.

Our stay in April 2025

The room was excellent! Clean and comfortable. Love the location walking distance of restaurants and shops. Only thing was pur room wasn't cleaned while we was out and didnt get new towels and wash cloths daily. We did have plenty of towels to last us the 3 days we was there though. But overall it was excellent! We do plan on staying in the future.

Not bad, not great

Room was clean, but missing details. Had been recently renovated which gave it some nicer finishes, but fine details of renovation were overlooked, paint on trim pieces, carpet coming up slightly at door. Bed was comfortable. Hot water is dangerously hot, to the point of scalding someone (professional plumber speaking). Getting shower water adjusted properly was difficult due to location of control valve. Vanity drain was slow. Extra toilet paper was not in room. TV was very nice size, but finding channel listings was difficult. Evening traffic noise was there, but not terrible. Overall a ok stay for the money spent, but I think it is not living up to Clarion standards

Good stay

We had a nice stay. This place has been updated and looked nice in many places. Check in was easy, the bed was very comfortable for us, the shower took several minutes (5+) to really warm up but did get hot eventually. The only "issue" is parking is very tight on the left side. Its not a huge problem, unless you're driving a full size SUV/truck. Its just something worth noting for future guest. Overall a great stay and would consider staying there again.

I’d say don’t go by review and give it a try.

It was ok. I don’t think I would stay again but for the time it was fine. I bought Clorox wipes to wipe down the shower and toilet. There was urine on the back of the toilet and around the base. The shower had hair on the walls and the drain. The fridge has blue dried up juice of some sort and stuff on the handle at the top. I just went around wiping things down. I didn’t want to bother the front desk man again. They already removed a blood stained comforter from the bed and gave us new sheets because of the hair and crumbs under the comforter. I do realize they have so much time to clean these rooms for the next customer. I myself used to do that job years ago and I made sure the rooms were checked off before renting them. We had inspections before it was ready. However they were such nice people though. All of them. The breakfast buffet was very helpful and it was a good portion between hot and cold items.

Breakfast

The room was very nice. Price was very good. Room was updated and very clean. My only complaint is the shower door not opening on the sidewhere the faucet is also. Cold getting in to turn on water and no place to sit shower gel. But duable. Biggest complaint was the breakfast. The gravy was like water and there was hardly any in the crockpot. It was obvious some instructions on how to cook it needs to be addressed. And the milk tasted old. Did tell hotel clerk when checking out. Also parking is not plentiful and it appears there is an abandoned truck in the back of the building.

Not as advertised

Pictures we very misleading. The property is under construction. It is a mess. The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair all over the floor and toilet. The shower shelf was dirty. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The road noise is obnoxious. It sounds like you’re staying next to a speedway. The breakfast was okay. Watered down waffle mix and the coffee was hit or miss. The girl serving everything was very kind and was working very hard to keep up. Also, it is called a hotel. It’s a motel. The elevator was pretty sketchy. Would never stay again.

I didn't realize this was a motel. Two guys wiggled our door at 1:45am and then a lady proceeded to talk/pace outside of our room at 2am. Room clean- beds clean- Breakfast lady was very rude and wasn't a fan of kids.
