The unit was nice, but we didnt receive a gate code to access the property so that was an issue especially since the leasing office couldnt help so had to call Tucker services to get an access code. The rep we spoke with was very nice and helpful.

The AC filter was filthy (thick with dust - pictures provided). Several requests for a replacement filter were not fruitless so we purchased a new filer. We were not able to use the balcony as it was loaded with pigeon feces which was reported with pictures and not resolved This unit was a health hazard and should not have been rented. Both drains were clogged with hair and the dryer filter had thick layers of lint. We cleared the drains and the lint but the issues kept arising. Communication with Tucker was extremely frustrating as numerous people respond and there is no system to capture information. We were asked to resend pictures and still the cleaners were not instructed to address the main issues. The impacts to our vacation were not adequately addressed.

I was given the wrong room assignment. Paid for 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and was assigned 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Property management would not fix the room assignment or offer any compensation. Their communication was terrible and we were not told of the code to get into the pool or fitness centre and wifi password was wrong that we were given. Place was overall ok but given the lack of communication and accountability I would not recommend it!

The wrong Apartment was assigned to us when we got there and it took us two days to resolve with Tucker Properties agreeing to compensate for the error, so it all worked out great in the end

Booked this property same day and of course they charged my card right away. They make you do a questionnaire before you can get the check in instructions. I did the questionnaire and after that they said I would get check in instructions in order to get in to the apartment. They were never sent to me and I tried to contact them through phone and the message center through out the night before I got there and no one responded. I had to spend more money for another place that same night. Horrible experience.

Very nice property and the apartment was beautiful. The only con was we were on the 3rd floor with a bad knee. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip.
