Minha estadia foi perfeita e a propriedade atendeu todas minhas expectativas. O check-in foi muito fácil. Estava tudo limpo e organizado. Havia disponível tudo que precisava, desde sabão para máquina de lava-louças, até uma toalha extra. A cozinha possuía todos os utensílios necessários. O apartamento é muito espaçoso, num local seguro e localizado a uma curta distância a pé das principais atrações. Se necessário, há uma estação de metrô muito próxima que permitiu que a utilizasse na chegada e saída ao aeroporto.

Location, the overall building and access were excellent. Only downside is that the walls are quite thin, you could pretty easily hear voices and activity in the neighboring unit.

Der check-in per App war recht easy. Im Appartement hat es alles was man braucht, auch genügend Platz. Allerdings gab es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck im Bad. Am Waschbecken kam fast kein Wasser raus und bei der Dusche war es ähnlich. Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht. Schade das es in der "Lobby" kein Getränke- und Snackautomaten gibt. So könnte man nach dem Check-out, noch etwas Zeit überbrücken. Die Appartements sind sehr hellhörig. Die ersten 2 Nächte waren kaum zum aushalten, da in der Wohnung über mir gefeiert und getrampelt wurde. Im grossen und ganzen war es aber ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Union Station ist gerade mal 200m entfernt und zu Fuss kann man alles gut erreichen. Für Chicago war es ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Very thin walls, could hear my neighbors above and below.... and I heard A LOT. Otherwise it was a nice space for one night in the city. Great location from Union Station. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom were all nice.

My unit was very nice and more than perfect for my needs. It was spacious and quiet. There is little going on in the area in the evenings which I found a bit unnerving as an older adult. You know - there's safety in numbers!

Amazing customer service! I didn’t get the email to start the process of being able to get into the apartment and stayed on the phone until I got my codes. They don’t have front desk so that was very helpful, he made sure I’d be able to get into the apartment. Getting to the hotel was simple and easy. The apartment was very nice and modern looking, clean as well as in a great location downtown. Will be booking through this company again (:

Soooo close to Union Station and next door to a classic breakfast restaurant that has been around for decades, Lou Mitchell’s (closed Mon & Tue tho). Easy self check in, great quick customer service, comfortable bed and bedding, quiet except for the occasional ambulance. I reserved the Queen studio and the kitchenette was perfect. I’d stay there again on my next trip.

The location can't be beat, and the accommodations were clean, in good condition, and well-maintained. The walls and ceilings are *extremely* thin, and I had very loud and obnoxious upstairs neighbors who did not abide by the hotel's quiet hours. I filed a complaint with Sonder, and they said they'd reach out to the other guests but nothing changed. I should've asked to switch rooms once I knew the other folks weren't going to change their behavior--that's on me. If you value sound privacy, whether your own, or don't care to hear your neighbors primal noises set to Evita blaring in the background, I'd recommend staying somewhere else.
