I recently visited the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Several issues during my visit have left me thoroughly disappointed, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
Poor Staff Management: From the moment I entered the casino, it was clear that the management lacked proper oversight. Staff members were uncoordinated, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism across the board. It was difficult to find assistance, and when I did, the employees seemed uninformed and uninterested in helping. The casino appeared understaffed, with workers scrambling to manage multiple duties, creating a chaotic environment. For a high-end establishment, the lack of proper staff training and coordination was simply unacceptable.
Security Officer Assaulting a Guest: What was even more alarming was an incident involving a security officer who was overly aggressive towards a guest. Rather than diffusing the situation with professionalism, the officer escalated matters and physically assaulted the individual. This is completely unacceptable in any environment, especially at a resort of this supposed caliber. The handling of the situation was incredibly disturbing, and I felt unsafe in the casino’s presence. There was no accountability or transparency regarding the incident, leaving a sour impression on me and many others who witnessed it.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise potential visitors to think twice before attending.
