La persona que recibe los vehículos es muy grosero, no me dejó meter hasta que fui a registrarme aún cuando le mostré mi reservación, la persona de la recepción un poco grosero, no tienen un refrigerador para guardar medicamentosos y la chapa de la puerta de la habitación se atoraba para sacar la llave.

Solo como observación las personas que tienen una llave maestra, deben tocar la puerta antes de entrar , toquen para ver si esta el huésped o no. Eso de que porque tengo una llave maestra puedo abrir sin tocar , esta mal. No se puede invadir la privacidad de un huésped.
