Worst experience through Hotel.com
It was surprising to note that booking through your app is not acceptable by the hotel which means you have simply tried to defraud us and create last moment hassles in the year end travel plan. With great difficulty we hat to manage with a single room and cut short our trip. I will be putting this experience in social media and expose the fraudulent ways of Hitel.com

The resevation was not recognized by the hotel and we were accomodated in different rooms. One of It was not clean during our stay and the menu was too límites. The people are friendly and the facilites are good. The landscape is marvelous.
