The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything, including the city walls and lovely piazzas. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, hospitality, and value so well. Whether you’re travelling with kids or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this hotel hits all the right notes. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Lucca!

The location right next to the train station is so convenient (couple blocks to the walled portion of the city). The staff appears to be a family, super cute and helpful. Rooms are pretty large. The beds were maybe not the best but we'd totally stay here again given all the other benefits. Breakfast was delicious and varied with many options. This hotel is a gem!
