The hotel was very nice and modern. The people were very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with food, suggestions and restaurants. They also have good food and a full bar at the hotel. Great location in the Historic Center and walkable to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Great Hotel in Every Way
This is a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean as a whistle. The patio was incredible -- it's like having a two room suite (with one outdoors). It's location is also about as good as can be. Super safe neighborhood, and yet a few blocks from the noise and the crowds. We will 100% stay here the next time we go.

We went to Queretaro for Dias De Los Muertos and this was the perfect location for it. We were far enough away that the noise did not keep us up at night, but close enough to where we could go grab some food vendors or see the festivities within minutes. The staff was beyond kind and ensured the place was clean at all times. Thanks again! I would visit your hotel again!

Lindo pero con muchos detalles
En cuanto a diseño/arquitectura el hotel esta muy lindo pero las habitaciones de planta alta son muy ruidosas; se escuchan las pláticas de los cuartos vecinos y hasta como corre el agua por las tuberías… Otra desventaja es que el hotel no tiene estacionamiento ni convenio con pensiones. Nuestra cafetera no funcionaba y el cuarto olía como a drenaje (con el a/c se quitaba pero igual no deja una buena experiencia)
