Ett fräscht hotell med hög servicenivå hos personalen. Väldigt bra och inbjudande sällskapsytor med lånespel att sysselsätta sig med. Nivån på städningen grusar intrycket en del. I rummet fanns kladd kvar på golvet från gästen innan, var hårstrån på väggen i duschen INNAN vi använt den. I de allmänna som det var hårt tryck på, låg den en fimp på gå golvet när vi gick från hotellet vid 09:30.. när vi kom tillbaka vid 16 låg den kvar på samma ställe. Då pratar vi sällskapsutrymme bredvid receptionen.

Litet enkelt rum. Perfekt för en övernattning. Svalt o skönt, bra säng. Jättegod frukostbuffé! Enda minuset var parkeringen som hade så smala platser att man fick krypa in o ut ur bakluckan eftersom det inte gick att öppna dörrarna på sidorna.

Par övernattning

Självcheckin pga full kö. Inga pennor vid incheckning så tog fel rum. Upp/ner.. Frukost överfullt så fick vänta på sittplats. Först ingen mjölk till kaffet vid mitten, fick plats längst bort. Frukostutbud helt ok. Jobbigaste var att det var för varm och gick ej vädra. Sov dåligt. -3 på termostat ingen skillnad.. vädringsfönster i det fasta fönstret bör finnas eller bordsfläkt? Man bör även vara tydlig med sängbredder vid bokningen då vi trodde vi fått enkelrum.. Så relativt missnöjd överlag pga högre förväntningar.

Inte mer än okej

Överlag en okej vistelse men inte mer än så. Den trevliga personalen och frukosten vägde upp lite. Det var varma dagar och värmen på rummen blev olidlig. En bordsfläkt är det minsta man hade kunnat erbjuda. Höll även på att smälta bort på frukosten, man ville inte stanna länge och njuta av den. Hyfsat fräscht i övrigt. Dock litet rum med väldigt dålig planlösning, så fick knappt plats att öppna våra väskor. Dåligt tryck i duschen. Parkeringsplatserna som man betalade för var under all kritik. Trångt som bara den. Sedan det här med hissarna var ett riktigt störningsmoment. Man kunde på riktigt få vänta på hissen i en kvart. När hissen väl kom till rätt våning så var den ofta full. Bodde på 13:e våningen så trapporna var inget alternativ. Det var dessutom smala spiraltrappor som inte gick att mötas i, så inte ens när vi skulle ner kunde vi ta trapporna. Tunna kuddar. Fick be om extra kuddar för att ens kunna sova. Hotellet var ganska fullbokat så var tydligen svårt att få tag i extra kuddar. Fick dom sent på kvällen. + Personalen. Frukosten. Rätt fräscht. - Hissarna. Parkeringen. Värmen på rummen och i matsalen. Kuddarna. Ingen liten kyl på rummet. Inga dricksglas på rummet. Litet rum.
