I was very comfortable staying here. I chose to travel by scooter (many available within a couple block walk) to downtown and River North neighborhoods. Confluence park is close by and a great place to hang if you want to chill. Ball Arena and the Rockies stadium are pretty close by scooter or a quick drive. This is not a fancy hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The bed was to my liking.

The stay was acceptable for male travelers. Everything was turned off and closed as if the place was about to go out of business. The pool was empty and the gym was locked. Parking lot was well lit. I wouldn’t recommend this place for women or children and probably wouldn’t stay again.

This is probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, couldn’t get my money back, so just suffered thru it as it was only 2 nights. They first put me in the back and in the corner room where 2 buildings meet. The floor looked like it hadn’t even been swept in months, there was either blood or feces on the wall in multiple places, it was hard to tell as it was dried on. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way so people could just see in. I let the front desk know, and they moved me into the main building to a newly renovated room. Had that one not been passable I’d have just left and eaten the money. My man was looking online for another hotel before we even made it to the first room it was so awful. It’s a great place to stay if you’re into meth or other drugs as it was clear by the clientele you could get just about anything you wanted on that property. After our first nights stay, the next morning I requested housekeeping change out our towels only to come back at 8pm and see our dirty towels in a heap by the door in our room. I collected them, went down to the front desk by myself to get a change from them. I was told they were out of towels, and I’d have to wait till the next day. Dumbstruck, I explained my displeasure of my stay there to the front desk attendant who sympathized and suggested I check with her at 11pm when security arrived as they might have access to laundry. At that point I simply retired to bed as I wasn’t waiting up till 11pm to shower. NOT SAFE

We discovered shortly after checking in that our room was filthy. Old vomit was on the bed, urine on the wall in the corner of the room. We didnt stay due to the very poor conditions. Would not recommend. The staff was very friendly but the room was utterly disgusting.

The hotel is old and a bit run down but the rooms are clean, the WiFi works and it’s really close to down town. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The coffee was hot and continental breakfast was pretty good. And free parking!

Beds were clean, but the bathroom was dirty, hair on the sink and stains on the walls. The curtain was in terrible shape. The staff was great and the price was low, but I would not stay there again due to the condition of the property and the room.

Check in was at 3pm. We showed up at 5:45pm and had to wait in line cause they had to clean rooms. By 6:00, we got our room but it smelled horrible. It smelled of soap and air fresher, the floor and walls had stains all over them and the door looked like a dog chewed it. The pillows were flat and only two per bed and the beds were very hard.
