Pretty sure the young lady at the front was on something when she checked us in. Just not clean, felt interesting with young women coming in and out with military men, not a place I would recommend especially with children.

Be prepared to clean your own room!!

We stayed 6 days and did not get any housekeeping service. They told us every 3 days they clean. After 3 days still no housekeeping. I saw housekeeping in the hall and asked to borrow the broom so i could at least sweep my floor and she told me no i could not use it!! Had to go to front desk and ask for a broom. Yet they still didn’t offer to come clean!! We asked for clean towels and had to go to the front and get them ourselves. There was a huge hole in the wall behind the door and the room smelled like smoke. Natural gas smell filled the hallways. Would not recommend this place.

Dirty dirty room and rude morning service

The room was not clean. There was sticky stains on the hard floors by the bed and in bathroom. The sticky stuff was large spots to. The floor was not swept or mopped. When we ate breakfast the lady working was so rife and kept hollaring at my daughter telling her what to do and how to make her food. (She is 17 and very well aware how to operate making breakfast)

The refrigerator made a constant noise, there was never anyone at the front desk, ice machine was out of order, my room door latched was unstable, i had to buy toilet tissue from the near by store due to not having any in the room nor not being able To get in contact with service, room phone did not work, and no one cleaned the room nor restocked the bath towels.
