Semi - satisfied

Our rooms were OK but had problems with hot water. One night we had dog barking and people complaining at the counter. No hot water also keep smelling like someone was smoking something as I coming down the hallway. I also heard the back door was open and homeless kept coming in and trying to go into rooms. One customer said his door didn’t lock and they would try to come in. Was feeling a little unsafe. You should check your security all the time have plenty of water for your guest and watch people going in and out. I had three rooms two out of the three were unsatisfied one of them. We did get a discount because the tub had a really bad stain on it and they said they had no more rooms. Also check your AC heaters so make too much noise and others don’t heat or cool the way they should

The worst motel/hotel

This was the worst hotel experience. The only reason it deserves one star, rather than none, is because the man working the front desk last night was kind and tried to help me. My room smelled overwhelmingly like cleaner. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. The shower water only stayed hot for a few seconds at a time. The elevator had poorly cleaned graffiti and cigarette burns on the wall. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was so hot. I couldn’t get the AC to work. The front desk told me the battery was probably dead. He offered to put me in a different room. Since I was only staying one night he didn’t make me move my things. The new room REEKED of cigarettes. I could hear every car drive by. The AC worked, but woke me up every time it kicked on. I heard yelling from numerous rooms down the hall. The breakfast looked gross but I didn’t even care; I just wanted to get out of there. I needed a place to shower and sleep before working all day then driving 4 hours home the next day. Shower and sleep were horrible. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Good or bad, I have never reviewed a hotel. This one was so bad I wanted to make a PSA.

Not the best

Room wasn’t properly cleaned. We found an empty water bottle and beer bottle caps at check in between the wall and the dresser. The water in the shower wouldn’t stay hot. It would go from extremely hot to ice cold. The beds were comfortable and employees were great. Just was not impressed with the room. There were also cobwebs on the hallway lights, showing me that deep cleaning hadn’t been done in a long while. The walls were also paper thin and could hear noises and kids crying all night.

No hot water and no towels, known issues!!

We were a guest at this hotel over the weekend. This is our story. Months ago I booked this room for my daughters 21st birthday. I let her choose anywhere in the US and she wanted to go to red rocks for a concert. I choose this hotel based on reviews so I want to add my experience. We were delayed on our flight not once but 3 times. After arriving in Denver we then had a small issue at the rental car but was able to arrive around 1:30am. Upon arrival, Chris the late night auditor, told us that we were already checked in. Then, they didn't have any clean rooms, then no rooms at all. It's now closer to 2am and we were shipped off to a sister location in Littleton. The next day after checking in we had a decent day but then we had to shower. Our room had 2 beds, 3 adult and 2 towels. My family went to shower and there wasn't any hot water. 2/3 adults were able to muscle thru a cold shower but when I got in the water was pure ice. When I got out. No towel. My husband went down to the front desk and asked a maid if we could get a towel. A big no. They didn't have any. The ones they had were for empty rooms and they were waiting on laundry service. Keep in mind it's well into the morning. On his way back to the room he found and recorded some drug paraphernalia (for hard drugs) in the stair well. We packed up and I went to a truck stop to shower. Returning only to waste time before our flight. Chris, the night auditor,promised us some free days for our issues. I've contac

Mixed Feelings

I have stayed at this La Quinta often because the quality coupled with the reasonable cost cannot be beat. I gave my stay a 5 but as I reflect it should probably be a 4. There was graffiti on the inside of the elevator door and the hallway carpet badly needed vacuuming. That being said, the room was neat and tidy. The linens were clean and there were a lot of soft comfy pillows!

second day the room key didn't work; had to go to the desk for a replacement. shower curtain was torn. one set of towels for two people when arrived. when I for more towels in the morning I was told there were none available, so only one of us could shower. bottom sheet on the bed was torn. there were no cups for the coffee maker, no coffee, or creamers or sugar. 11:00 pm someone pounding on our door, yelling in the hallway.

The room they gave me was dirty and blood was on the sheets. Towels had blood amd makeup on them. The room smelled like burnt plastic and the tv was hanging off the wall. I immediately let the desk guy know. He was around alot og crack heads and promised a free night and gave me another room that also smleed bad but was somewhat clean.

Horrible dirty hairs on the sink

I had the worst experience Most of the night on level four room 409 There was this people with big dogs and men fighting in the whole way. It was the scariest thing of my life. They were fighting. It seem they were intoxicated a smell of smoke weird smell even though there is a sign that says no smoking allow in there Please, I will not recommend la Quinta Littletonfor for families or solo folks sketchy place nobody came in do anything about the altercation that was in the hallway. It was scary. I thought I was gonna die there.

Noisy

Hotel was clean and beds gaily comfortable.thw ac/heater was terribly noisy and our room was next to busy highway which was extremely noisy. We hardly slept. We were on the first floor and noise above and around us was noisy so we slept poorly, breakfast was ok but not many choices and lots of sugary items . They seemed short-handed.

Pretty ghetto place in a decent part of Lakewood

There were multiple disturbances during the first 2 hours of our stay from a guest next door screaming profanities at someone. The bed, bedding and pillows were terrible. The thermostat had a sign that said out of order. The breakfast should just be skipped altogether. The staff were fine. I’d rather stay at Motel 6 than this place.

Very poor

Their front desk service was awesome. But the rooms were not very clean. The furniture were woren down & torn. Chair was not very stable. The bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was very old you could fell the springs very differcult to sit down on it because the wire in the edges of bed no longer had any cushion around them. Too much traffic of people either drunk or on drugs. Didnt feel safe at all.
