I thought overall was a nice hotel. The TV only had one English station and the tv could use a swivel so you can watch in bed. The location was terrible, no restaurants within walking distance and was on a major road and no hotel shuttle to the closest town Rawai beach.

Wonderful room, disappointing beach
The hotel was really pretty good and overall I was happy, but there were two major disappointments. I booked this hotel so I could walk out of my room and be right on the beach, but when I arrived the staff was quick to tell me that the beach was not swimmable because of the tide. They had a really good shuttle to a beach about 10 minutes away that was quite lovely, but that felt like false advertisement based on the pictures. The shuttle hours were sufficient, but the experience would be better if they ran every hour.
Also, I booked a room with the steps right out into the pool. The room was great, but the pictures of the room are deceiving. The pool was a narrow strip along side the outside of the building. It was not a larger pool between two buildings. The pool was clean and I loved having a room like this, but the pictures do not reflect it accurately.
On the shuttle to the beach other guest and I discussed our disappointment with the beach situation and the pool situation. None of us were disappointed enough to be upset, but we definitely felt like the pictures were not accurate representations of those two aspects.

Great staff
We did an overnight stop here. The service was really good, staff were really friendly and helpful. The resort itself is average really, its just very basic and not alot of luxury but for the price its what you expect.
Good for a short time only

For this hotel a rental car is a must if you stayinf for a short time in Phuket island. You have to go to other beaches for swimming. Otherwise everything is very good and I think pool facing rooms are more fun :)

Nice hotel, but do not ask them to call a taxi!!!
They claim to use an official taxi company, but they use unlicensed cars without meters and no driver credentials.

If you are not planning to rent a car, location of this 1 year old beautiful hotel with parking and gym might be a major issue. I rented a car and it was great.

Not what I was expecting
This hotel isn’t what I expected. From the photos it looks like a resort style hotel right on the beach. In reality, it’s set on a busy road with a teeny unswimmable beach. On either side of the tiny beach were unattractive empty lots with garbage. The street in front of the hotel is busy with no sidewalks so not great for walking. The hotel advertises a free shuttle to the beach, but it’s only offered 4 times per day and the shuttle can only hold around 10 people. When we checked at around 10 am, most of the shuttle times were already booked with the only available time being 4:30 pm.
The hotel is new and rooms are nice. The hotel gym is pretty good. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. We were very impressed with the service. The free breakfast buffet was pretty good. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and not too expensive.
This hotel could be a good choice if you manage your expectations and don’t expect actual beachfront. Also best if you have your own transportation as the location isn’t good for walking and there isn’t much to see or do near the hotel.

A very good hotel with a friendly front desk team!
The hotel provides a shuttle to Nai Harn beach (which is much cleaner and nicer than Patong).
Breakfast was always very good, nothing to complain about.
In-room TV has lots of channels in foreign languages (English, French, Russian, Chinese).
The hotel’s beachfront requires more investments, in the current condition the beach bar and restaurant are loosing opportunity to make money...
There is a nice Spa Center “Atmanjai” in the neighbor “Friendship Resort” - not expensive but very good service.
Also don’t forget to check Hockhoelee coffee shop - it’s just 3 mins walk from the hotel, and try coconuts milk coffee mocha!

Great hotel but so-so location
The hotel was clean and nice to stay at. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It has an awkward layout- would have preferred to have the middle access all the way down to the beach. It was really far from our room to the restaurant and the “beach.” The name “Beachfront” was a bit misleading as you can’t actually swim or hang out on the beach. The shuttle bus to a usable beach was a bonus, but not why I booked a beachfront hotel- just to have to go to another beach.

Roadside Hotel at Beachfront
The photos of the swimming pool and beach are rather misleading. The hotel is on the beachfront but only at the very end of the property, the beach/sea is not like the photo (blue / green) - brown color water at high tide, and brown mud at low tide. The wooden swing is there but not accessible. The beach cannot swim (in the words of staff).
The common pool is only at one block and up a flight of steps.
The walk from front desk to hotel blocks and breakfast is via the side tarmac road - not the resort feeling.
The suite was big, nice and clean with wide kitchenette, but we had to climb 10 steps for the lift to 4th floor.
The staff were friendly and earnest, but mixed up many things - our room type (they gave us pool-access though we booked sea view), they gave us complimentary birthday cake for my dad but on the wrong day, they forgot our request for luggage help on check-out.
The hotel seemed like in the middle of no-where - thankfully there's a 7-11 and 2 restaurants within 8mins walk but along the main road. The hotel offered free shuttle to Nai Harn Beach 4 times a day (15mins drive).
Overall, i think this hotel is good if u only want to stay in the room. If you need an accessible beach or more eateries/shops - better to choose the South-West side of Phuket.

The property had only recently been opened at the time of our visit.
All staff were friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast in the Restaurant was good with plenty of choice. Omelets or eggs any way plus good selection of Thai and European. Great coffee.
The kitchenette in the Sea View room had a 2 hotplate stove, microwave oven, electric jug, crockery and cutlery and a full size refrigerator.
There is a bar and sun lounges with umbrellas at the sea-side end of the property but the beach is not really ideal for swimming. The Hotel does provide a free shuttle to and from Nai Harn beach.
Overall - an enjoyable stay
