SIGN of the BRAND? Or SIGN of the INDUSTRY?
No BellBoy No Valet NO TV Prem Channels,horrific parking issues &general parking site-planning. Unintelligible, counterintuitively represented elevator operational Panel (from Parking to Lobby/Room) found me, elderly solo woman traveler at nite stranded outside stairwell and elevator at location P3, requiring 2 calls to concierge ( he promised to immediately come to me for my assistance during this 1st call- after 15 minute wait, police were called by myself to assist my trapped and ignored situation around 10pm, in dark parking area), ultimately, yet another call to concierge who at last responded and showed up to give assist to my room. PLEASE NOTE: it took 1.3 hours from parking ( struggle with many many parking spaces unrealistically usable for 97% of even small cars - my BMW 440i convertible sports car could not, even with great effort squeeze into the many ( by name only) designated parking spots)… causing repeated &highly frustrating experience) to room time.Adding to this unfortunate litany, Dimwitted & not particularly friendly or helpful concierge ‘Roger’,ZERO evidence of Hand Sanitizer throughout Hotel-including ZERO sanitizer provided in room, UNFRESH *bed linens,(photos available), no remotely useful complimentary( shampoo, conditioner, hair net, etc) products, grossly smudged on/off ie, unclean switches thruout room
Poorest:cleanliness, & poorest user-friendly hotel in recent experience. I Will neither recommend nor return to any of your branded facilities.
