This was a complete shambles. There was good communication earlier in the day, but only to ask what time I would be arriving so that they could get the room ready. I thought they would have the room ready as per any normal operation of a hotel. Then when I arrived, they had double booked my room and then I was driven to another hotel/apartment building. But this was after I got carted around to pick up a cleaner and get petrol. Then there was no room at the new place they took me too, unless they took everything out of somebody else's room who was in hospital, but he was angry about that happening. Then they took me back to the original place and put me in a room under renovation, where the shower and toilet were not completed either. It smelled of plaster so I slept outside as I didn't want to inhale the fumes. To their credit, they paid me some money in case to compensate and there was a genuine remorse.
