Perfect place
The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.

This room, at first glance was amazing! High ceilings, a dining area, small kitchen, big bathroom, cozy bed. However, bring some ear plugs unless you want to feel like you are either sleeping on the street or in the lobby. The sound proofing is horrible. That alone warrants an average score. However, to be fair, the location is amazing. We parked our rental car 200m away. It's a 5 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, really good trattorias around the corner and very convenient with the keypad at the door to get in and out. But I can't stress this point enough: bring ear plugs!!!

Estadía en Florencia
El apartamento espacioso, buena ubicación y con decoración rústica. Lo malo es que no cuenta con ascensor, el área común donde se podía utilizar la lavadora y secadora está en el sótano. Tuvimos como inconveniente que los huéspedes del apartamento 001 no fueron considerados y dejaron su ropa en la lavadora y luego en la secadora por varias horas luego de utilizarlas. Para cocinar teníamos que abrir las ventanas porque tiene un detector de humo justo arriba de la cocina.

El lugar está alojado cerca de todo….sin exagerar. No tiene ascensor, complicado subir las valijas por las escaleras, muy empinadas. Faltan detalles, que no implica que este alojamiento no sea muy bueno. Los empleados responden rápido.

We loved our experience at Palazzo Belfiore! The appartment was charming and in a perfect location. Delicious restaurants and cool shops nearby. The kitchenette made our stay even more comfortable.The only downside was that it was fairly noisy. Our appartment was by the main entrance and we were also getting the noise from the street. However, we picked the palazzo because it is in an old building and wanted an authentic experience so we rolled with it. Just make sure you bring earbuds. Bed and pillows were nice and the water pressure in the shower pretty good. We definitly recommend.

Exceptional Apartment
The apartment was exceptional! Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there and felt very comfortable. There was enough space, beds and pillows were comfy and the apartment was very clean, however, the a/c could have been a little stronger. We made use of the shared laundry space in the basement which was a huge help for our family. We also enjoyed the keyless entry and QR Code check out so we felt we could come and go without having to wait for other people. The location of the apartment was excellent and was a little quieter than staying on the other side of the bridge. Thank you for helping make our stay in Florence wonderful.

Nous avons adoré ce logement, près du ponte vecchio et palais pitti, très sympa, propre, 2 salles de bains sont appréciables . Communication simple et efficace via whatsApp. Seul regret de ne pas pouvoir laisser les bagages dans un endroit après notre départ, compliqué si vous avez un vol le soir. Mais ce n’est juste un détail.
