We really enjoyed the hotel property but the best part was the wonderful staff. I’d like to say a special “thank you” to Lenin, on of the Bellmen who assisted us with everything from our bags, to taxis, to helpful insight about the local area. We look forward to staying again soon.

Beautiful but you’ll need to pay lots of tips
We stayed here for 6 nights over the Christmas period. We booked a Privilege Package. Overall the resort is beautiful, our room was great and clean which I appreciated. We never had to fight for a chair at the pool or beach which was great - there was room for everyone. However, if you stay here expect to be constantly forking out additional cash. As soon as you arrive you have to pay an additional eco tax when you check in, then a reef tax if you want to do anything on the ocean and then the $50 resort credit you get when booking through this website can only be used on certain things and only to certain amounts and they only tell you that when you check out (at check in you’ll be told the credit can be used for any resort expense, just like cash). For example they would only let me use a max of $10 resort credit on a $185 spa appointment. The staff only work for tips! We missed tipping housekeeping one day because they came way earlier than other days and the job they did was barely acceptable. During that clean they took our room service bags outside the room and left them there. The raccoons then got into them and NO one cleaned it up for 3 days! Even though housekeeping was around and there was maintenance work going on in that area during the day. The staff works tips and if they weren’t going to get one to clean up the mess they precipitated then they were not interested in the work.

Fantastic Food! We loved all 5 plus restaurants!!
We went here for our 25th anniversary and loved every moment! We especially enjoyed that all the food and drinks are covered when you book the hotel and the food was amazing!! It was our favorite part! At least 5 wonderful restaurants, including a buffet, and free drinks. This is an incredible deal considering most dinners would have cost at least $50 for the two of us anywhere else. It's also really close to Crococun Zoo which we really enjoyed and 30 minutes from Cancun. Just be sure to book your reservations at the hotel for dinner each night asap when you get there.

Amamos este hotel ! Es la 3ra vez que venimos y nos encanta por qué tiene de todo, durante el día el kids club es un apoyo por qué los niños la pasan muy bien y nosotros disfrutamos el hotel, haciendo mención del personal de guarda vidas que woooow de verdad gran trabajo, el entretenimiento es de los mejores que hemos visto, todo el día hay actividades y en la noche cierran con broche de oro, la gente que trabaja en el hotel es súper atenta y amable, desde recepción hasta ama de llaves, AyB siempre atentos a las necesidades, la temperatura en habitación es perfecta ! En fin muchas gracias a todos por su inigualable hospitalidad

Nice hotel with rough beach. The three pools are very nice but it’s tough to swim off the beach. The road into the hotel is in terrible shape, but this will only affect rental car drivers. Rooms are ok but on the older side. Food was good but not great…Hibachi-ish restaurant, rodizio-ish restaurant, and Italian-ish restaurant. Nowhere to get decent coffee unfortunately. Generally the staff was very friendly and responsive.

AC in the room didn't work. Had to beg to be moved to another room. While taking a bath, was given electrical shocks trying to adjust the water or to turn off. And currently in the Emergency Room back home with food poisoning. Worst vacation ever!

A wonderful experience from beginning to the end. Service was amazing and food was delicious. Italian restaurant two thumbs up. Armando, unbelievable service. French restaurant so good too. Mexican restaurant a little picante but very yummy. The hotel is beautiful . We went for a bike ride to Puerto Morelos, so much fun. Thank you Roman! And Jorge, keep it up that energy you have hosting the talent show at night time. Definitely we will recommend this resort. Will be back.

10/10 好極了

Everything was excellent. At one point I thought we didn’t have hot water. Turns out i didn’t turn one of the knobs to the red line. My husband pointed out and since i didn’t have my glasses in obviously, didn’t see this. Hopefully the hotel can let guests know at check in. I saw reviews saying no hot water. It was steaming hot as soon as i figured it out. Hotel was pleasant and felt very welcomed. I will definitely be back. We were out in the beach and management would walk around and send waiters by to serve us. Everyone was very attentive.

What we like is that they have different family shows at night, my grad kids love them. What I don’t like is that we took cold showers because they ran out of hot water in the afternoon! That wasn’t good for my grand kids!

Staff was nice but felt like it was tipping the reason behind it. No mention of platinum member benefits
