Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, the food is average. The property is small and easy to navigate. The beach is beautiful. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great value for the money.

The resort is typical for the area. What the issues are dining not as advertised. All the restaurants that were advertised were not functioning there was not air conditioning in the main dining area. Temperatures were over 90 F not enjoyable sweltering while you eat. It was like that everyday for our nine day stay. The dive shop did not have the minimal equipment inventory to supply customers.There were some good amenities such as a beautiful beach area, wonderful beach area personnel, and Camila our diving instructor who was awesome. I will not recommend this resort due to the discomfort of the main restaurant area and quality of food and we were only allowed to eat at the “specialty restaurants” three days of our nine day stay. There were also misleading information on the website description of the facilities and they should definitely be reviewed and corrected.

Do urself a favor & book elsewhere! The grounds & wait staff are the only thing good. There is mesh above your heads when you r tryin to sleep that is filthy! The bedsheets are not clean and the rooms have a massive musty smell of bug spray. The walls have dirty rubbed spots all over them like a kotamundi took poops all over them and then they didn't clean or repaint. A/C never turned off so your clothes stay damp even the ones you haven't worn. The front desk clerks are all RUDE and always seem to act like you are bothering them. Telling you to step aside while u make a discission, as you are not important, of what hot place you would like 2 eat at next. U also could only eat at 3 specialty dinning 4 a 9 day stay. which is crazy and they are always claiming they are full.(when u get there seats are empty) Is it because they don't have enough food? I mean, I stood in line...the next person can wait their turn. Eating at a specialty restaurant isn't special. We had to eat outside with the mosquitoes and HEAT!!!!!! And the food isn't even subpar. Then when you thought you won the lottery because you finally get an A/C dinner the chef for the Asian place shows up with a massively bloody, dirty chef shirt. GROSS! What a waste of food as plates get thrown away. It's just awful! Towels were hard and scratchy.(if you get a towel) Take my word BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! If u want 2 b a HOT STICKY MESS AND LOOSE WEIGHT ON YOUR VACATION THIS IS YOUR PLACE! OTHERWISE BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We were supposed to stay for four nights but we only stayed 2 bec it was the worst hotel experience of my life as we checked in they had us sign booklets of waivers and when I asked to have it explained I was yelled at by three reps that were checking us in, during the stay the staff were constantly yelling at guest, refused to clean our room or change towels the rooms are filthy covered in mold and insects nothing is as advertised… I can keep going basically worst place save your money and go elsewhere

The first room we were in the fridge did not work. We moved to a first club room and the roof leaks brown stuff all over the bedding and our luggage. The staff was great, especially first club staff. The food was alright. The hot tub didn’t really get hot and was supposed to be for those 16 and older but constantly had littles in there.

Always an excellent stay. The staff is amazing. Nice rooms and facilities. Volleyball is fun twice each day on the beach. Saw 16 different star fish while snorkeling right there at the resort beach.

Personal poco proactivo la espera para realizar el Checkin es demasiado tiempo una sola persona para realizarlo, pocas opciones del menú en buffet, en cuanto a la estancia en la Habitación confortable y personal de Limpieza bien realizado su trabajo siempre limpio, en cuanto al personal de restaurantes poco amables no atienden al cliente tiene que estarles buscando para que te atiendan con la bebida, la comida fría y pocas opciones de menú como también para poder ingresar a las restaurantes de reserva tiene que tener cierta cantidad de reservaciones a nosotros únicamente pudimos ingresar a 2 por tener únicamente 5 noches.
