Outstanding place to stay. Food, service, beer all very good. This is a gastro pub and i believe it came second in the country recently which speaks highly of the staff and place I was very impressed with the food.

The parking is reserved for guests behind the pub and easy to access. The room we stayed in was very well decorated and clean, the bed was huge, and all the staff were super friendly. Also, the included breakfast was very well presented and great! I came down to visit some friends. Safe to say, I’ll be booking the Cornish arms for every visit.

Highly recommended
We stayed for one night in the Mallard junior suite with beautiful William Holland roll top copper bath. We found the room really comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We booked dinner in the resturant and were both really impressed with the food in the evening and at breakfast too. We highly recommend staying and will be returning!

Incredible place. The food is unbelievable. The service is the same. My room was slightly on the smaller side but it was furnished beautifully and it was completely spotless. I was in the area for work but I would take a holiday to tavistock just to stay and eat here. Incredible

Stylish hotel
From the outside the Cornish Arms looks just like a local pub, but step inside and you instantly know it is anything but. It is very stylish indeed. Our room which was their standard double room,was very chic and we loved all the furnishings and attention to detail.It had a king size bed with high quality linen and was so comfy. We enjoyed an excellent dinner and breakfast too.
