On the reservation options, you could not choose an accesible room for wheelchair users, but they said you could send a message to get it.
We placed the reservations and send the message on October 10th.
We arrive to the hotel on january 17th and the room we got was not accesible. There was a step on the building to get to the rooms (no ramps available)
On the room, the shower has another step and the door was to tight for the wheelchair
On the bathroom sink, there were cabinets, so impossible to get close to the sink.
On the hotel, all the walking places were flagstone, so really difficult to go around.
Not really recommended for wheelchair users.
