The beds and pillows are super firm but overall a good stay
Alestar, 3-night trip

Very nice stay!!
Michala, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean and well-organized. However, neighbors were noisy, I had very poor sleep. This concept doesn’t work with all people, especially shallow sleepers like me.
Hong, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Hotel is great and very clean, the only inconvenience is that luggage must stay in lockers on the ground floor and every time you need something you have to go downstairs
Roberta, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great place to stay for the night. Had to try a capsule hotel at least once in Japan. The pod was roomy and comfortable. Showers were clean.
Sandra, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Stayed just to experience & check off my bucket list. The hotel was ok, clean & a good capsule to stay in because it was all women only. They don’t have a big locker to store your medium or big size luggage, so make sure to just bring your carry on. Very loud night from people outside drinking, as well as inside, but they provide earplugs. If you’re a light sleeper like me & has a bad back, I suggest not to stay here or any capsule hotel. LOverall I’m happy I got to experience my 1st capsule hotel at 9hr nine Kanda.
Giev, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Decent capsule hotel. Very close to Kanda station which is well connected. The capsule is spacious and comfortable, but it is a little warm and there was no air conditioning for the capsule itself. If you are noise sensitive it will probably not be good for you. On both of the nights I stayed I was woken by snoring and people coming and going.
Ann-Katrin, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Quite nice, but many people didn't following hotel rule
Jean, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Very good location in Tokyo, extremely clean and tidy. They provide you with soap, shampoo etc, slippers, hairdryer, towels and even Pyjamas! You can even ask for a different size. Capsule itself is as it is - a capsule, but I surprisingly slept very well. Very friendly stuff personnel. I didn’t like that there’s little space to rearrange things in suitcase / open close it. But it’s because the building is so small.
Maria, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This hotel was very clean and staff are very friendly help is available around the clock. The concept is very fun and clean as well, highly recommend unless you are a light sleeper as it can get a bit noisy when people wake up due to the share sleeping arrangement, but very well kept facilities, showers are nice and they give you towels and pyjamas and slippers! I would say it would be nice if more stools were added to the shower/bathroom floor as there are many girls in the morning who need to use the room to get ready but there’s not enough seating options available. Or mirrors? :)
Lin, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Very nice space to stay. Quiet and safe, and very clean. The only thing that I wish was different was the checkout time (every day checkout). Every day you had to leave the facility from 11-3. I wish this was different (maybe a bit later) or non-existent. Also I think a lounge/eating space would be helpful, as I found myself wanting to eat, or just hangout, but could not do so within the pos due to noise and eating restrictions. Overall, this place was a 4/5, as everything I needed was provided, people were friendly, and the pod served its purpose.
Emily, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Surprisingly pleasant. Not much room in the pod or much free space so it really is just for sleeping but comfortable and quiet and good WiFi reception in the pods too.

8/10 Good

Centrally located
Manta, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Firs time staying at a capsule hotel. Was clean, neat, and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was how firm the beds were. Overall would book again if need a last minute room in a nice quiet area.
Rose, 3-night trip

First time staying at a capsule hotel and we had a great experience. The receptionist was nice and the whole place was very clean.

Great place to stay!

This was my second day staying here. It’s a great place to stay! For a short visit in Tokyo, it’s absolutely worth staying at!

8/10 Good

We flew into Tokyo in the later afternoon and just needed a place to crash for one night since we had a train out on the morning. This was perfect. Clean, comfortable enough, inexpensive, and safe
Margaret, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

It was a great place within a great area. The only thing I wish was is the place had a common area/lounge area.
Tanashie, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very clean and safe environment. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a quick over night stay. Thank you!
Michala, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

It's a good place to stay if you don't need a lot of space and you're looking to do Tokyo on the cheap. It's right next to the Kanda train station, which gives you easy access to everything. There's a 7-11 right around the corner for an convenience items you might need. Bring your own pillow, though.
