部屋はリノベーションしていて新しいが作りが古い。お風呂とトイレが別だから選んだが、脱衣所がなくトイレを通らないとお風呂に入れない。 エアコンも集中管理で暑いと言ったら窓を開けて下さいと。窓開けたら洗面所やトイレまで行けなくなる。 壁が薄いのか、廊下や隣で子供が泣いてる声が聞こえる。

1.日本人ではないスタッフのせいかチェックイン時の説明がわかりづらい。 2.チェックインの際、フロントデスクでやり取りしている間、他の客が横からあれこれ聞いてきたり、マナーがなっていないのに、さばけていない。 3.カードキーを一枚裸で渡され驚いた。しかも、横からいきなり目の前に置かれた。最初は他の客がチェックアウトのために乱暴においたのかと思ったくらい雑なやり方。非常に不愉快。 4.朝、フロント前を通ったが、挨拶しない。 結構年配のホテルマンらしき方だったが、朝食会場に向かう私をまだ追っているものの、何も言わない。ホテルに泊まっていてのこういう体験はしたことがない。 規模的にもホテル名も場所柄にしては立派だが、ソフト面は残念なホテル。
