Near the station and so convenient to go to different places of tokyo. Sorry to say, i wont book to this hotel due to cleanliness and old bldg. Breakfast was ok.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but had an idea what I wanted as a solo traveler. Smile exceeded all of my expectations & made this an unforgettable vacation. The close vicinity to the train station was my biggest need, but this area here had it all & then some too! It’s quaint & curious, the staff and facility were awesome and I must recommend anyone with similar vacation #GOALS to book here.

Very convenient for Shin Koiwa station. Rooms are clean and cosy but not overly large. That said, the beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. Everything you need for dining or shopping is within easy walking of the hotel. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Affordable and Cozy Room!
It was a very clean and cozy room, the bed was on the smaller end but fit me and my friend perfectly fine. The location is not bad as it's right above a Jonathan's, across the street from 7/11, and is a 2 minute walk from the train station. They give you free towels everyday and in the lobby they provide many toiletries for free!

Very friendly staff. The room had everything i needed. You can pick up free stuff like shavers, toothbrushes etc which i find rare in europe. Train stn is a 2 min walk and a 15 ride on the metro to tokyo central. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Near the hotels are loads of restraurants and convenienice stores.

The mattress is great compared to the hotel I stayed for this trip. However, the cleanliness of the room can be improved. When I checked into the room, I found a strand of long hair behind the door which was definitely from the previous customer.

Only 5-6 stops to Tokyo station
Just a few steps from Shinkoiwa train station. There is a non-stop train from/to Narita Airport at this station. Akihabara and Tokyo stations are just 5-6 stops away. Surrounding by restaurants, shopping malls, drugstores, convenience stores, etc. I walked to the nearby river taking the Skytree pictures.
