Não têm bikes no local
O motivo pelo qual eu e minha namorada escolhemos esta pousada foi o serviço de bicicletas grátis no local, já que seria nosso meio principal de lazer e por fim, transporte, então decidimos não viajar de carro até para evitar o estresse de dirigir. Em nosso check-in solicitamos o serviço mas fomos avisados que as bikes haviam sido levadas para o 'encher os pneus' naquele mesmo dia. Passamos a sexta toda aguardando a chegada das mesmas e no fim da tarde recebemos a noticia que não haveriam bikes em nossa estadia, por motivo não esclarecido. Perdemos a sexta toda sem executar nossa programação e após o constrangimento decidimos que nossa unica opção seria alugá-las em algum local, e foi o que fizemos. O frigobar não estava funcionando e a arrumação diária não ocorreu. Quanto ao check-out tentamos entregar as chaves por voltas das mas não fomos atendidos já que não havia ninguém na recepção, então a deixamos na porta do quarto e fomos embora devido nosso horário de embarque.Não tenho interesse em retornar para esta pousada.
