Chile chico, great in comfort and style.
I had a bit of a rocky start but later I talked to the lady in charge. She was able to find a nicer room. She was very considerate about my situation and I had a great stay although short. I would've loved to stay longer as I later discovered it's a great area full or really nice restaurant and a very lively atmosphere.

El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es buena. No recuerdo si está mencionado en la descripción pero no hay elevador, así que si llevas equipaje pesado puede ser un problema. No hay señal de wifi en el piso 3.

Accueil sympathique mais hôtel très rudimentaire (mal isolé, pas de chauffage, mobilier et draps d'un autre âge, salle de bain miteuse). Incompréhensible que ce soit bien noté sur hôtels.com car très cher pour ce que c'est !

Ruim
O quarto é frio, sujo e a água do chuveiro não esquentava. Depois de dois dias reclamando mudamos de quarto. Este porém tinha paredes mofadas e não havia limpeza diária só arrumação de cama. Toalhas não eram trocadas e não havia reposição de papel higiênico, só depois de pedir várias vezes. O café da manhã era com tudo contado: uma fatia de pão, uma de queijo,meio copo de suco e leite e café por pessoa sem reposição. Só no primeiro dia tinha iogurte e no terceiro dia não havia suco,nem leite, só café. Meu filho de 4 anos ficou sem bebida e os demais comeram pão na seca. Jamais voltaria. Não foi barato e o pagamento à vista na entrada.

Muy bien lugar. La persona que recibe es muya amable. La habitación es maravillosa y limpia. 100% recomendada y a buenos precios. Llegamos tarde en la noche después de salir y nadie tuvo problema con eso. Buen lugar.
