Foi Razoável, tivemos um problema com o quarto, primeiro estava sujo do hóspede anterior, foi tomar banho agua não esquentou, telefone não funcionava para chamar a recepção, tive que ligar no hotel pra resolver, mas resolveram o problema com me trocando de quarto. Quarto 604A para o quarto 604B.

Era para ser um encontro casual em um ambiente diferente de um Motel. A escolha foi feita pelo anúncio no site, baseada nas fotos. Bem, apesar do bom atendimento dos profissionais, as instalações deixaram muito a desejar. Não havia nada no frigobar, sequer copos haviam no quarto, para a gente beber água da torneira se quiséssemos. Espero que tenha sido uma má fase e a administração resolva logo os problemas de infra estrutura. Não vou repetir a experiência lá

Atendimento impecável dos funcionários, mas meu quarto estava sem água quando cheguei. Quando informei na recepção logo eles solucionaram o problema. A verdade é que o chuveiro ficava vazando agua e eles fecharam algum registro fora do quarto. Quando solicitei, eles abriram esse registro, porém ficou pingando água a noite toda, sendo que dava para ouvir deitado na cama. Fora isso, o valor é alto para o que eles oferecem.
