the property itself is great. everything is clean, the bed is reasonably comfortable. the room is a little small but that doesn't matter much. the showers are shared, but they're still clean all the time, and I've never had to wait for one. the area around the property is kind of sketchy though.

Right in the heart of the Mission district, this place is well situated for getting around SF by public transit. Once I figured out how to use the door app it was all good. Well taken care of.

The room cleaning was excellent and, generally speaking, was a quiet stay. The only challenges was sharing a bathroom with the whole floor as well as not having amenities like breakfast and a personal refrigerator. But, for a budget stay for a traveller without family it was perfect. An affordable upgrade from a hostile.

Location is great (Mission District), and the rate was affordable. The shared bath and the remote staff took some adjustment to my expectations, but overall I am happy. I am giving four stars instead of five because I requested towels, and they forgot, but fixed it the next day.

I figured that this would be a cheap hostel-style replacement. Granted it's no frills, but it's location is wonderful, the room was clean and the shared bathrooms were not really "shared" but rather individual use bathrooms that were shared with the floor. There were tons of clean towels and a very comfy bed. Everything exceeded my expectations.
