This was a very nice place near the La Spezia Centrale train station. We walked there and had many shopping and dining options around us. The staff were very nice and communicated with us for check in. I highly recommend this place.

The owner and his partner were nice and helpful. He was there for us when we arrived late for check-in. We arrived after dark so the area was a little dark as we walked to our hotel, but it was safe overall in daylight. Was 8 minute walk to the train station, walkable to the boat dock (though hilly coming back!) and to the town square with shopping and meal options. A pleasant place to stay when exploring Cinque Terre!

The location was good and close to lots of restaurants and train station. Staying in LaSpezia is a great jumping off point for exploring Cinque Terre. The wifi was a little spotty at times. The shower was very small and the air conditioning didnt work. It wasnt very hot out so not an issue as we could keep the window open but this posed a problem as there was a lot of noises and activity outside our window at night. Other than that the room was well kept and very secure.

We had a hard time finding it, but mostly because my phone had no service. It is very convenient to the train station, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Nice comfortable room.

Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected.

A very quaint boutique hotel, Giovanna was very accommodating and lovely in her service and advice to us. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Everything was very clean in our room and the entry into the hotel was welcoming! It sits off the main road, so it was quiet. Very convenient to the train station. Tip- bring a hair dryer because the one provided is not easy to use or very functional.

Perfect to visit Cinque terre
We stayed 4 nights to visit Cinque Terre. 5 minutes walk to Terminus As Spieza Centrale. Coffee and groceries near by. Also just 5-10 minutes walk to downtown La Spieza. The host (Giovanna) was absolutely wonderful!! Don't miss Porto Venere while you are there! Note that check-in is before noon! Write the place to let them know when you'll arrive.

Let’s start with check in. We pressed the buzzer at the door there’s no answer. I WhatsApp the owner no answer. Eventually we had to use a phone to call then owner finally came within 5 min to check in. Room is spacious but the shower is finicky. Sometimes it’s hot sometimes it’s cold. The pressure of water fluctuates as well. It’s very hard to take a proper shower. Fridge was not working. Our food was spoiled. Location was great. It’s 7 min walk from station.

Close to railway station. Wanted to be contacted via What's App but I don't use What's App. Because of the time of year (heating switched off but not yet into summer heat), the room felt damp - washed some socks and they were still wet 3 days later.

Excellent!!!! I wanted to see sunset from Chinque Terre so I needed to stay at La Spezia. But this simple decision changed entire my trip by owner, Jovanna ❤️She take care the place very well and guide me the area, she suggested me the trip to Ponto Venere. (It was a beautiful!) thank you so much!! If I ever go back to La Spezia, I will stay at here again! Bed is big and comfortable, towels are all clean, big room (I stayed #1) nice shower, free coffee machine… all wonderful. If you are looking for five stars, It’s not for you but I have nothing to complain, just fit perfect for me ←I’m a super traveler all of the world. So trust me!!

There was no one to open the door they asked me to wait 10 minutes, I did then they asked me to wait 10 more minutes I had to go for dinner and come back, when I get back they let me in but there is no one to show you where the door is, there is a sign that send you to the second floor however is on the ground floor, then you kind of go to where you see a key hanging and that is your room, next day I left the key on the door as there was no one to check you out, is nice and clean but is hard to know what to do or where to go and they only spoke italian, I tried in spanish and thst is how I got the info about the ground floor
